PRODUCT CARE

If you dry your Snuggle Boo Blanket in the tumble dryer for too long (over 30 minutes) it may harm the inner TPU layer, hurting its softness and making it ineffective. Please follow our wash instructions to avoid this from happening.

Although your pets will love the Snuggle Boo Blanket, animals (especially cats) have a tendency of piercing or ripping the material whilst kneading the fabric, harming the waterproof functionality.

Your blanket, when cared for properly, can last many years, however not all good things last forever. Depending on how often you use it and how you wash your Snuggle Boo, the waterproof functionality can last approximately one year.

Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination. 

We primarily use Australia Post for most deliveries within Australia.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.

To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.

2. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes attached swing tag, shoe boxes, ribbons and specialty packaging.

3. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

** Please note: Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.
